The Art of climbing

 

I'm a climbing instructor based in France.

I’m presenting a non-conventional approach to climbing. Climbing not as entertainment or a sport, but as a transformation tool. I started this activity when I was a kid, and I have been practicing it through my whole life. I studied to be a teacher and I’ve been practicing different meditation techniques since I was young. After years of travelling, I chose the south of France for living and teach what I have learned.
